I need to be able to talk to someone who I trust, who understands the
business and what I am going through, someone independent and who
has an appreciation of the people factor.
There are quite a few issues that I need to resolve as I am feeling
unsupported, lacking in confidence and direction and need help in
creating a strategy going forward.
I’ve just promoted one of the guys to the Board but he doesn’t appear
to be cutting it and the rest of the Board are beginning to ask some
big questions.
I seem to be doing everything - spreading myself too thin. I feel like I
am carrying one or two of the top managers which is making me
frustrated and angry.
I need to regain my purpose and passion as well as keeping up my
energy levels and positive thinking going forward.
